The trail leaves the village of Viscri along a narrow lane between houses and continues on a countryside path that can become muddy after rain. After a few hundred meters, the route circles a small woodland and crosses open pastures and farm areas, passing a milestone dedicated to the Michinoku Coastal Trail in Japan, a sister trail of Via Transilvanica. The path then enters forested areas and forest roads where several art installations appear along the trail. After a few kilometers, the route gently descends toward the village of Jibert, passing through its center near the church, school, and village shop. From here, the trail continues over rolling hills covered with wildflowers and through short forest sections. Nearby lies the village of Lovnic, where hikers can detour for water or to visit its fortified church. The final stretch climbs a dirt road that can be slippery in wet weather, then descends along an asphalt road into the village of Cobor, nestled among the gentle hills of Terra Borza Teutonica.
