Sebeș - Pianu de Sus

The trail leaves Sebeș, crossing the main road and the Sebeș River, then turns onto a street that becomes an unfinished road. After passing some modern buildings, the road veers right and turns into a country road, gradually ascending a hill. After a climb through shrubs and trees, the trail reaches a small clearing with a beautiful view. From there, it follows the edge of a young forest and descends to a valley with a shepherd's hut. The trail continues upwards to a hilltop viewpoint offering views of Pianu de Jos and Pianu de Sus. Following the ridge, it descends through the forest and reaches a homestead, signaling the approach to the Pianu commune. In Pianu de Sus, hikers can restock and relax before a longer day ahead.
