Mediaș - Bazna

After a long day of hiking, a shorter day is recommended, from Mediaș to Bazna, allowing time to visit the center of Mediaș and reach Bazna for some relaxation activities. The trail starts from the Evangelical Church in Mediaș, crosses a pedestrian bridge, and continues through a neighborhood, where the road becomes a gravel path that gently ascends through the forest. After some switchbacks, the trail sharply turns right, passing near fenced vineyards. The path continues through the forest, with scenic resting spots and beautiful clearings. The trail eventually leads to the Bazna Spa Complex, and after about another kilometer, you reach the fortified church in the village center. Bazna offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation, making it an ideal place to spend the afternoon or even longer.
