The trail starts in the center of Șapartoc, ascending on a gravel road past two abandoned churches. After about 1 km, the trail reaches a pasture road that gently ascends, passing a sheepfold, and then heads towards a unique forest. The path continues through the cool, shaded forest for about 3 km. Exiting the forest, Sighișoara is visible in the distance, and the trail leads to Aurel Vlaicu village. After a steep climb, the route follows a forest road and enters a beautiful wooded area, leading to Lunca Poștei, offering a stunning view of Sighișoara. Descending into the city, hikers can explore the medieval citadel. After 12 km, the trail continues towards Breite, a reserve with ancient oaks, and reaches Stejărenii village, where the old church can be visited. If there's enough energy, hikers can continue to Criș, 4 km away.
