Today's route passes through the Sovata-Praid depression, being a short and moderate route with gentle climbs, leaving time to visit Sovata and Praid. The route leaves Sovata, climbing on an asphalt road with steep curves, then descends on a gravel road through forest and glades. After a short climb, you reach the "14 Crosses" hermitage and then descend to the village of Șașvereș. After walking through the village on asphalt, the route heads towards Praid, where you reach a forest road with beautiful views of the village. The road joins the Via Mariae and descends to the river Târnava Micae, then climbs up a more difficult, often muddy road, but follows a picturesque area with forests and streams. After crossing a brook, the trail heads towards Praid, where it reaches the Wellness Tourist Complex and follows a paved road to the accommodation. If you wish, you can explore the salt mountain themed circuit or other attractions of the resort.
