The entire content of the Platform is the intellectual property of ASSOCIAZIONE TĂȘULEASA SOCIAL. The platform will be used by users only for correspondence with ASSOCIAZIONE TĂȘULEASA SOCIAL.
Users of the platform are not allowed to download, partially or totally modify the site, partially or totally reproduce the site, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the site in any other way contrary to the interests of the SOCIAL TUSUAL ASSOCIATION, whether or not there is a commercial purpose.
Any content (including but not limited to visual elements, databases, graphics, trademarks, legal content) are the intellectual property of ASSOCIAZIONE TĂȘULEASA SOCIAL. The entire site is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property, TĂȘULEASA SOCIAL ASSOCIATION reserves the right to bring the case before the competent courts for full recovery of damages, as well as to file a criminal complaint with the judicial authorities to bring the perpetrator to criminal liability.
The present agreement, as well as any use of the platform will be subject to Romanian law. The parties will try to resolve any disagreements amicably, otherwise disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts according to law.
